Telecel Ghana is investing in the next generation of telecom leaders through its flagship NextGen Graduate Program. Designed to attract top-tier talent fresh out of university, this program offers high-performing graduates the opportunity to grow, rotate through key business areas, and start contributing from day one. This initiative partners with leading universities in Ghana to build a more diverse and future-ready talent pipeline capable of redefining the telecom landscape.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Completed or currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of a Second-Class Upper (2:1) classification
- Must be between 20–26 years of age
- National Service must be fully completed
- Fluency in English is required
- Demonstrated potential during selection assessments
📝 Application Process
When you apply for the Telecel Graduate Programme you will be asked to fill out an application form. This allows us to get to know you and your background of experience. Here you will be asked to attach your Passport or National ID, your transcript & your CV in English, and a business casual photo.
If your background and experience match the requirements, you will be invited to participate in our talent acquisition process (the online assessment and in-person assessment centre). This allows us to see if you are the right fit for the Telecel culture. The online assessment includes the following:
- Potential Indicator, Motivation, and Competencies assessment.
- Cognitive assessment will be applied for assessment.
- After the online assessment the most successful candidates will be invited to an Assessment Centre (This includes individual and group case study presentations to a panel).
Shortlisted candidates will undergo an online assessment covering potential, motivation, and core competencies. Those who excel will be invited to an in-person Assessment Centre, where they’ll tackle individual and group case study presentations in front of a panel.
