- Serve as the primary contact and support system for surrogates throughout their journey
- Offer emotional, logistical, and administrative guidance from initial onboarding to post-delivery care
- Ensure clear communication between surrogates, medical teams, and coordinators
- Monitor surrogate wellbeing, track milestones, and assist with regular check-ins
- Document key interactions, challenges, and updates in surrogate files
- Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and community-building events for surrogates
π― Requirements
- Proven experience in social work, healthcare, or client support roles
- Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic reporting and scheduling tools
