📝 Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the contracting process, from tendering to contract close-out.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and Ghanaian laws.
- Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and contractors.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to align contract strategy with project goals.
- Monitor vendor performance and handle contract disputes where necessary.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract administration or procurement within the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
- Excellent understanding of legal guidelines and local procurement laws.
