🏢 About the Role
A well-established executive with business interests in insurance, construction, and other active ventures is hiring a driven Personal Assistant. This isn’t your average desk job — you’ll be directly supporting a fast-moving leader in both business and personal projects. From errands and document prep to project follow-ups and travel coordination, you’ll be a critical part of their daily success.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans
- Draft correspondence, handle registrations, and keep digital/physical files organized
- Run errands and handle personal or business-related day-to-day tasks
- Support live projects and follow up on deliverables
- Liaise professionally with business contacts and partners
✅ Requirements
- First degree or diploma from a recognized institution (required)
- 1–3 years experience in admin, operations, or a project support role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Confident, sharp, and able to manage pressure
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and other basic digital tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive is a strong plus
- Must reside in Accra and be available for full-time, in-person work
