🧾 Responsibilities
- Fleet Operations & Maintenance: Oversee servicing and repairs of all vehicles, manage spare part orders, and ensure safety compliance.
- Sales & Demand Generation: Create strategies to boost car rental demand, manage import and fleet expansion sales, and lead the shift to electric/hybrid fleet models.
- Online Marketing & Customer Engagement: Run digital marketing campaigns, handle online listings, respond to inquiries, and analyze customer trends.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain licensing, insurance, driver monitoring, and accurate fleet usage records.
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience in fleet management, automotive sales, and online marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance and procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with customer-centric focus.
- Digital marketing proficiency for online visibility and engagement.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
