L1 Applications Support Engineer
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for all AT applications and service desk tools
- Operate in 24×7 shift cycles – Morning, Afternoon, Night
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Document and manage tickets in the IT helpdesk tool
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate to L2 where necessary
- Deliver fast resolution for common technical issues like login errors, menu navigation, installation, etc.
- Ensure application monitoring and escalate anomalies
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base
🎓 Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in L1 technical support or a similar role
- Strong debugging and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL, Java technologies, and technical documentation
