🧪 Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure HR policy compliance and manage employee relations
- Update employee files and manage payroll data
- Plan training sessions and manage staff performance reviews
🎓 Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of HR work experience
- Excellent knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
