HerPress, an initiative by Dikan Center, is calling on early to mid-career women journalists in Ghana to apply for a transformative three-month empowerment program. From June to August 2025, this opportunity is designed to amplify your voice, build professional communities, and drive impactful storytelling across Ghanaβs media landscape.

- Targeted Training: Gain hands-on skills in investigative journalism, ethical reporting, leadership, and both physical and digital safety.
- Mentorship: Get paired with experienced women journalists who will support and guide you through your career growth.
- Speaker Series: Learn from leading international women journalists in exclusive cross-cultural sessions.
- Stipend Provided: Participants will receive financial support during the program.
- Practical Projects: Create impactful stories on underreported issues like gender-based violence, public health, and human rights.
- Media Exposure: Your work will be promoted through a dedicated media campaign to boost visibility and audience engagement.
- Networking Event: Program ends with a formal graduation and industry networking celebration.
