🔍 Objective
GIZ is seeking expressions of interest from qualified vendors capable of supplying e-bikes or e-scooters, preferably with externally replaceable batteries. This RFI aims to identify companies with the ability to import such vehicles consistently and maintain after-sales service facilities in Ghana.
✅ Vendor Eligibility Criteria
Interested suppliers should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must regularly import e-bikes or e-scooters into Ghana
- Must have a proven service and maintenance facility within Ghana
- Must be able to provide replaceable battery models
- Must include a valid after-sales service agreement and warranty
📄 Required Submission Documents
- Signed Letter of Interest
- Detailed Company Profile
- Technical Data Sheets for proposed models
- Business Registration Certificate
- Declaration of Business Ownership (Form A or Form 3)
- Tax Clearance Certificate (can be submitted before order is issued)
- SSNIT Clearance Certificate (can be submitted before order is issued)
- VAT Registration Certificate (can be submitted before order is issued)
