Mbasiafo Tribe is a girls’ empowerment organisation transforming the lives of young women from rural and suburban communities across Africa, starting from Ghana. We aim to build self-leadership and community leadership among girls to foster long-lasting change.
📝 Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting.
- Guide strategic decisions with financial insight.
- Develop systems for financial accountability and transparency.
- Assist with grant reporting when required.
✅ Requirements
- Background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Strong integrity and attention to detail.
- Experience in nonprofit finance (a plus, not required).
