🧾 Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to staff and management teams.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Draft and distribute correspondence, reports, and internal documentation.
  • Verify and process financial transactions and assist with account openings.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and employee training logs.
  • Develop and manage effective filing and documentation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver responsive and professional customer service support.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

  • Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of discretion with confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with financial software and systems.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
