π§Ύ Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to staff and management teams.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal events.
- Draft and distribute correspondence, reports, and internal documentation.
- Verify and process financial transactions and assist with account openings.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and employee training logs.
- Develop and manage effective filing and documentation systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver responsive and professional customer service support.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
β Requirements
- Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1β2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion with confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
π Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with financial software and systems.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
