About the Program
The Telecel Ghana Internship Program offers third-year university students an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in one of Ghana’s leading Telecommunications companies. This 2-month program is designed to provide hands-on exposure across various departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Legal & External Affairs, Commercial & Enterprise Business Units, Commercial Operations, and Digital Transformation & Telecel Cash. Interns will build valuable skills, gain insights, and grow their professional network
🛠️ Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on real business projects with clear outcomes
- Work alongside professionals in various departments: Finance, HR, Legal, Tech, Enterprise Business, and more
- Join team meetings, assist with reporting, research, or operational tasks
- Receive feedback and coaching to support your growth
- Build your professional network through daily interactions and mentorship
🎯 Requirements
- Must be a current third-year student in a recognized tertiary institution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, real-world environment
