Are you a professional passionate about youth empowerment, agriculture, tech, or community development? Join the Rural Youth Empowerment Program (RuYEP 2025) as a mentor and help shape the future of rural Ghanaian youth.
👥 About the Program
RuYEP is a nine-month mentorship initiative led by the Akurase Mpuntuo Foundation. It runs from June 2025 to February 2026, pairing rural youth in Ghana with mentors for one-on-one and group learning experiences focused on personal, career, and entrepreneurial development.
🎯 Role Overview
- Provide one-on-one virtual or in-person mentorship to assigned mentees
- Guide mentees on personal growth, career readiness, and community leadership
- Facilitate online webinars or skill sessions in agriculture, digital literacy, and soft skills
- Support mentees in setting and tracking their personal goals
✅ Who We’re Looking For
- Professionals in agriculture, education, community development, technology, business, or related sectors
- Willing to commit a few hours monthly from June 2025 to February 2026
- Great communicators who believe in youth-led change and rural development
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or volunteering is a bonus
