📌 Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Assistant Finance Managers overseeing accounts payable, revenue, and financial reporting.
- Prepare accurate, timely financial reports in compliance with IFRS and applicable standards.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and analyze variances with actionable recommendations.
- Strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for strategic projects.
- Mentor and develop Assistant Finance Managers to build team capability and performance.

📚 Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CIA is required.
- At least 5 years of finance experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Ghanaian regulatory frameworks, and aviation finance practices.
