📌 Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the ticketing office.
- Handle front-desk customer issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure customer turnaround time meets company standards.
- Promote and sell airline services, including new offerings.
- Maintain professionalism and follow company grooming and ethics policies.
- Resolve payment, ticketing, and reservation issues.
- Manage customer complaints and service-related queries.
- Support corporate accounts and travel agents with the Sales Officer.
- Process and report refunds per Ticketing Supervisor’s instructions.
- Issue non-revenue/staff tickets as directed.
- Prepare and submit sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual).
- Assist during service disruptions and manage customer call-outs.
- Support special events and campaigns with the Marketing Manager.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum HND in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- IATA Certificate in Reservation and Ticketing required.
- At least 2 years of experience in ticketing and reservations.
- Knowledge of passenger handling is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and at least one local language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage complex queries and maintain service quality under pressure.
