📌 Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the President & CEO, including managing schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across departments and country offices.
- Act as liaison between the CEO’s office and internal/external partners.
- Track progress of ongoing initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working in a similar executive assistant or project management role is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
