🧭 Position: Head of Corporate Operations and Administration

📝 Position Summary
As the Head of Corporate Operations and Administration, you’ll be at the heart of our organizational engine—overseeing daily operations, HR functions, procurement, and compliance.
Your leadership will ensure that the Foundation’s internal systems align with our mission to deliver impactful neonatal health interventions across the continent.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and optimize administrative systems, processes, and policies.
- Lead HR initiatives including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff well-being.
- Ensure compliance with legal, labor, and donor-related regulatory requirements.
- Oversee procurement and logistical support for programs, campaigns, and outreach events.
- Develop and refine strategies to enhance organizational performance and impact.
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Bachelor of Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate operations or nonprofit administration.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, financial systems, and HR best practices.
- Experience with project management platforms is a plus.
