🎯 Job Purpose

The Brands Manager will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance visibility, drive customer engagement, and deliver on commercial objectives for the Boulevard Menswear brand.

This role will own all brand-related functions including marketing, sales growth initiatives, retail performance, and customer experience—with a clear focus on hitting annual revenue goals.

💼 Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Brand Management
  • Develop and implement annual brand strategies to position the brand as Ghana’s top destination for menswear fashion.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints—visual identity, tone, and experience.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Lead initiatives to grow both retail and eCommerce sales.
  • Work with retail operations to build and maintain a high-performing sales team.
  • Execute impactful promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
3. Product & Inventory Oversight
  • Coordinate with buying teams to align product offerings with market demand.
  • Monitor fast- and slow-moving SKUs and implement relevant pricing/markdown strategies.
4. Marketing & Communications
  • Oversee digital marketing, influencer partnerships, social media, PR, and brand campaigns.
  • Manage content shoots and brand storytelling initiatives to maintain strong visual presence.
5. Customer Growth & Loyalty
  • Develop campaigns to grow customer base by 30% annually.
  • Manage clienteling programs and loyalty initiatives to strengthen customer retention.
