🎯 Responsibilities
- Drive subscriber acquisition through Points of Acquisition (POAs) within your assigned territory.
- Ensure timely implementation of company sales strategies and plans in your zone.
- Meet and exceed sales volume and value targets across channels.
- Train, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team under your supervision.
- Grow the number of active, productive POAs and ensure consistent stock availability (SIMs and scratch cards).
- Communicate all updates on products, promotions, targets, and commissions to POAs promptly.
- Conduct regular market visits with sales agents and review route performance metrics.
- Identify trade opportunities and gather market intelligence to inform strategy.
- Lead and evaluate BTL marketing activities with agency partners.
- Coordinate retailer training sessions (Agent fora) to build product knowledge.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and distribution (FMCG or telecom preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and distribution management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong time management, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
