🎯 Responsibilities

  • Drive subscriber acquisition through Points of Acquisition (POAs) within your assigned territory.
  • Ensure timely implementation of company sales strategies and plans in your zone.
  • Meet and exceed sales volume and value targets across channels.
  • Train, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team under your supervision.
  • Grow the number of active, productive POAs and ensure consistent stock availability (SIMs and scratch cards).
  • Communicate all updates on products, promotions, targets, and commissions to POAs promptly.
  • Conduct regular market visits with sales agents and review route performance metrics.
  • Identify trade opportunities and gather market intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Lead and evaluate BTL marketing activities with agency partners.
  • Coordinate retailer training sessions (Agent fora) to build product knowledge.

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and distribution (FMCG or telecom preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and distribution management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
