🏢 About the Role
We’re hiring a reliable and experienced Accountant to manage finances across three small but fast-growing businesses:
- A children’s salon
- A busy restaurant
- An air conditioning services company
If you have strong bookkeeping skills, are self-driven, and want to help scale sustainable businesses, we want to meet you.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Record daily income and expenses for all three businesses accurately.
- Generate monthly profit & loss statements and financial reports.
- Monitor stock, fuel, and payroll to manage and reduce operating costs.
- Process payroll and ensure timely staff payments.
- Track receivables, follow up on outstanding customer payments, and reduce debt exposure.
- Handle GRA and SSNIT filings and ensure tax compliance.
- Support inventory monitoring, particularly for the salon and restaurant.
- Advise owners on cash flow, cost-saving measures, and budgeting.
- Make financial recommendations to improve business performance.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in accounting (experience in hospitality or service industries is a plus).
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and/or accounting tools like QuickBooks or Wave.
- Trustworthy, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Must reside in or around Adenta or Madina.
