🧩 Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
- Collaborate with the founder on project scoping, delivery, and client interactions
- Set up dev workflows, tools, and project infrastructure from scratch
- Implement new features, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize performance
- Contribute to future team building and onboarding as the company grows
🛠️ Requirements
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar)
- Backend experience with frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Laravel
- Comfortable working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Git version control and basic DevOps tools
- Self-starter mindset with strong time and project management skills
✨ Bonus Points For:
- UI/UX design experience
- Experience with REST APIs or GraphQL
- Startup or freelance development background
