Mbasiafo Tribe is a girls’ empowerment organization transforming the lives of young women from rural and suburban communities across Africa, starting from Ghana. We challenge girls to be better leaders of themselves and in their communities, helping them drive positive change and reach their full potential.
📝 Responsibilities
- Build systems for financial sustainability.
- Research and identify grants, sponsorships, and fundraising opportunities.
- Prepare and submit funding proposals, grant applications, and reports.
- Support donor drives and fundraising campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of grants and donor activities.
- Help cultivate relationships with sponsors, partners, and donors.
✅ Requirements
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and organization.
- Understanding of fundraising principles.
- Prior grant writing or fundraising experience (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
